Moving abroad for work is tasking, but a bulk of the hard work is in trying to research and learn more about the new place and country you are about to move to. Cate was that one person who made my journey to the UK a little less daunting. She has gone above and beyond to make the process seamless for nurses like me by ensuring we all have the right information. The 'nurse with a pen' as I like to think of her has not only been key to making me actualize my dream at a time when it seemed hard and impossible but she has been instrumental to my transition and intergration to the UK as a nurse.
Her passion for her fellow nurses is seen in her wish to see all nurses flourish into the great people they have envisioned for themselves.
 When I first came to the UK I struggled with settling in and she reminded me who I was. I went through a rough patch and she never let me lose myself and for that I am forever grateful and would say keep up the good work it has never gone unnoticed so thank you.
